Sharing a cottage shouldn't be a full-time job. One person always ends up doing it. Usually you. You chase everyone for their dates. Now you don't. Everyone requests the weeks they want, overlaps get flagged, not overwritten. Nobody shows up with the same food again. Claim a meal, or don't. Nothing is assigned. You subscribe. Everyone else joins free — no per-person fees, no collecting money from your siblings. The plumber's number stops living in your head. Service contacts, emergency numbers and the 911 civic address, there whether you're at the cottage or not. The insurance policy stops living in your filing cabinet. Insurance, septic records, winterization instructions and warranties behind Face ID, with reminders before a service is due. You stop re-explaining bin day every June. Write it once. Everyone can see the nights. Nobody's keeping score. Night totals for the year, listed alphabetically — never ranked. No quotas. No limits assigned to anyone. The information is there; the verdict isn't. The cottage gets opened and closed properly. Closing checklists that archive when you finish them — so next spring you can see exactly what was done. Money stops being awkward. Scan a receipt, split it equally, by percentage or by fixed amount, settle up, and export the whole year to CSV or PDF in January. Guests stop texting you. Send a link — no app, no account. Wi-Fi, house notes, emergency contacts, the civic address, local recommendations and what to do before they leave. Printable, for when the reception drops. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS CottageSync Property (annual) — CA$119.00 / US$89.00 per year, per cottage. One subscription covers one cottage for an unlimited number of family members, with no per-person charge. Inviting family members and publishing the guest page require a subscription; everything else works without one. New subscribers get a one-month free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can now set the name your family sees you by, in Settings → Account. Logbook entries can carry a note, and can be created before you have the file - attach it when you find it. Fixes to inviting family members, and support for redeeming a subscription code inside the app.
