About this app
This app is has hands free features which allow a Realtor (or other) to capture the location of a potential property or properties of interest while driving. You are recorded to allow comments what interests the Realtor about the property to be recorded. Two Siri commands are used by the App to activate the location capture or to enable a button to activate the location capture. Included is the ability to capture information for neighboring properties such as owners, tax or last purchase price, acreage and home/ building square footage where for Greenville, Spartanburg and Laurens, SC Counties, with some information for nearby counties. Photos of the property can oe saved along with notes and the maps in individual property files. You can capture properties in a specified radius around the target property. There are properties where current map information is not available. The.quality of that information is listed for Greenville, Spartanburg and Laurens Counties.

Added another button for manual entry, so it is easier to find. Great when you see nearby addresses or want to check out properties in general. I use it when I get search results from the MLS to check out properties and surrounding neighborhood.
