About this app
Every quarter, the world's largest investors have to tell the SEC exactly what they own. PoorLydian turns those filings into something you can actually read — who is buying, who is selling, and which company insiders are backing their own stock with real money. No hype, no tips, no account. Just what the filings say. WHAT YOU GET • 50 superinvestors, in full Complete 13F portfolios for the funds worth watching — every position they hold, not just the top ten. • Quarter by quarter Switch quarters on any screen and watch a position get built or unwound over time, instead of guessing from a single snapshot. • Insider buying that means something Form 4 filings for corporate insiders, including the clusters where several insiders at the same company buy independently within the same window. • The collective view What the crowd is doing as a group: net fund flow by sector, and which names funds are gathering into or quietly leaving. • Company fundamentals Revenue, net income and earnings per share, pulled straight from SEC XBRL filings. • A watchlist that stays quiet Follow the investors and stocks you care about. No notifications, no badges, no nagging. WHERE THE DATA COMES FROM Everything comes from public U.S. regulatory filings on SEC EDGAR — quarterly 13F-HR holdings reports and Form 4 insider transactions — plus company fundamentals from SEC XBRL. Public domain data, used as filed. Filings arrive on the SEC's schedule, not in real time. Managers report 13F holdings up to 45 days after a quarter ends, so what you see is the most recent picture the law requires them to disclose. PRIVACY No account. No sign-in.
