About this app
Kukio plans your week of meals and tells you what the shopping will cost before you go. Answer a few questions once. How many people you cook for, what you do not eat, what you cook with, and roughly what you want to spend. Kukio builds a full week from there. WHAT YOU GET A week of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Every day, already decided. A running cost for the week, priced against the store you picked, so you know the number before you are standing in the aisle. One grocery list for the whole week, grouped by aisle, with pack sizes and prices. Shared ingredients are counted once, not seven times. 1,711 recipes with photos, times, calories and protein on every one. PRICED FOR WHERE YOU SHOP Pick from 36 stores across the US, UK, Canada, Australia and Europe. Prices and pack sizes are set per region, because a UK shopper buys a 500 g bag where an American buys 454 g. BUILT AROUND WHAT YOU EAT Set your diet and your allergies and Kukio keeps those recipes out of your plan. Tell it which appliances you own and it stops suggesting things you cannot cook. Do not like a meal? Swap it, and Kukio picks something that does not send you back to the shop for new ingredients. Delete a meal and the grocery list recalculates around what is left. FREE, AND PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No account. No sign up. Kukio makes no network requests at all, so nothing you enter can leave your phone. There is nothing to delete but the app. Nutrition figures and prices are estimates. Brands vary, so always check the label on what you buy.
