SelfInsight is a private self-reflection app for adults. START WITH A SOURCED MEASURE Your starting profile uses the Ten-Item Personality Inventory (TIPI) by Gosling, Rentfrow and Swann (2003). Its citation and official source are shown inside the assessment and under Profile > Research & safety. NOTICE YOUR OWN PATTERNS Use a short daily check-in to record energy, stress and connection. Your profile shows changes in your own self-reported answers over time. EXPLORE AT YOUR OWN PACE Choose personal goals, follow small reflection steps, and explore a broad library of optional prompts. The library contains original SelfInsight reflection questions—not validated clinical instruments. Scores are based only on your answers; the app does not compare you with a population or show percentiles. CLEAR METHODOLOGY Profile > Research & safety explains how reflection scores are calculated, identifies the sourced TIPI measure, and states the limits of every result. FREE IPHONE APP The iOS app contains no purchases, subscriptions, paid content, external checkout or advertising. Every visible feature is included. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your account keeps your profile and check-ins in sync. You can permanently delete your account and associated data inside the app from Profile > Manage account > Delete account. IMPORTANT SelfInsight does not diagnose, treat or replace healthcare. Do not use a score to make a medical decision.
