About this app
Offline journal for recording personal protocols. A protocol record contains a user-entered name, substance label, dose, unit, schedule, cycle duration and washout period. The app does not convert or interpret entered values. The body map contains 20 named sites. Site colours are based on recorded use and user-defined rest periods. The rotation section lists the site with the longest interval since its last recorded use. The calendar stores planned and completed entries separately. Adherence is calculated for completed days only. Subjective check-ins use a 1–5 scale. Additional sections contain phase timelines, rotation statistics and gaps between records. Data can be exported in text or CSV format and deleted from the device. All information is stored offline. The app does not provide medical advice, assess health, verify substances or recommend doses, schedules, protocols or body sites.
