Sleepy Banana brings sleep tracking, flexible alarms, relaxing sounds and private sleep guidance together on your iPhone. TRACK WITH YOUR IPHONE OR APPLE WATCH Use Mattress or Nightstand mode to estimate your sleep stages without an Apple Watch. When Apple Watch stages are available, they take priority. Mattress combines Light and REM; Nightstand offers separate stage estimates with limited validation. The app identifies sources and leaves unusable signal unclassified. WAKE YOUR WAY Choose alarm sounds, volume, a gentle ramp and optional wake-up challenges. Smart Wake uses available sleep estimates within your selected window. Optional iOS system intervention is scheduled after the expected ring time plus Alarm Timeout and your chosen Intervention Delay, including after snooze. System Alarms permission is required for that fallback. App sounds and challenges depend on the app running; the system Stop button can dismiss its alarm without completing a challenge. Optional Shortcuts automation helps restore an active alarm when the app closes. UNDERSTAND YOUR NIGHTS Review sleep duration, Sleep Health, morning check-ins and trends. Scores with missing morning answers are marked provisional. Explore snoring estimates, short sound recordings and acoustic screening information. Recordings are samples, not a recording of the entire night, and are scheduled for deletion after one week. UNWIND WITH LULLABIES Choose relaxing sounds, mix your favorites and explore the full collection of 75 lullabies with Premium. Premium also offers binaural beats and saved blends. MEET NANA Get general sleep guidance in the free tier. Premium Nana can use your Me profile, tracked sleep, goals and saved context to personalize advice. Nana processes conversations on your iPhone. The language model downloads once, about 1 GB; an optional neural voice needs a separate download of about 325 MB. Internet access is needed for downloads. CHOOSE YOUR LANGUAGE Use English, French or Spanish. The app follows supported system languages automatically, with English as the fallback. Change your preference in Settings. Nana text chat follows your chosen language; live neural voice conversations remain in English. MAKE IT YOURS Use light, dark or system appearance. Purple is included; Premium unlocks more accent colors and lets you customize tab order and dashboard layout. FREE AND PREMIUM Basic tracking, alarms, the nightly sleep goal, Overall stats, Duration trends, provided shortcuts, selected lullabies and data export are free. Premium adds the full sound collection, more alarm options, additional goals, Body Clock, detailed stats and trends, more snoring insights, custom shortcuts, full history, appearance and layout customization, and personalized Nana guidance. Eligible users can activate a 7-day Trial through Apple. It does not charge automatically. A separate one-time purchase unlocks Premium permanently, with no subscription renewal. The app shows the localized price before purchase. YOUR DATA AND YOUR CHOICES No app account is required. Sleep history, recordings and Nana conversations are processed locally. Apple Health sharing, purchases and limited trial-state sync follow your Apple settings. Feedback and bug reports are sent to us only when you choose Send. A filtered diagnostic attachment is optional and off by default. Requires iOS 26 or later. Sleep stages, scores, snoring and acoustic screening are wellness estimates, not medical measurements or diagnoses. Nana can make mistakes and does not replace professional care.
