About this app
you moved. or everyone else did. either way your calendar is emptier than it used to be, and "we should hang out sometime" keeps not turning into a night. potluk handles the hard part: who. it starts with a conversation. en asks the kind of thing someone asks when they're actually getting to know you — what brought you here now and not six months ago, whether a small dinner or a bar night wins, what kind of hangout drains you even with people you like. en says something back, and follows the answers worth following. out of that come three tables: small groups nearby who'd get along with you. you pick the one that's yours. compatible, not similar. from there it's yours. six people choose a night and a place, and everyone turns up with one thing. soup, bread, hot sauce, a weird card game. what potluk is not: not a feed, nothing to scroll. not a dating app, no swiping. not a game, no streaks or points. we're seating one city at a time.
