FlockDetour: Private Routes

About this app

Drive your own route, privately. FlockDetour is private navigation with a live camera map and built-in road news. Compare the fastest route with privacy-aware alternatives designed to reduce exposure to known cameras, then drive turn-by-turn with voice guidance. In the app the camera map and news are free; routing is what FlockDetour Pro buys. CAMERA MAP — FREE • Browse known Flock Safety and other roadside camera locations • Search destinations and save important places • Review camera type, source, confidence, freshness, direction, and operator when available • Report a camera you have seen; new reports stay private until internal review FLOCKDETOUR NEWS — FREE • The Flock camera map's own newsroom: Flock Safety and ALPR coverage, updated hourly • Policy changes, new deployments, and dataset milestones, with the original source linked ROUTING AND NAVIGATION — FLOCKDETOUR PRO • Every route mode, including the ordinary fastest route • Balanced and Lower Exposure modes designed to reduce exposure to known cameras • Turn-by-turn directions with voice guidance • Compare added time, distance, and known-camera exposure before you drive • Background proximity alerts for known sites • Download new offline regions for basemap and cached-camera access Prefer to try it first? flockdetour.com plans the same routes free in any browser, with no account. UNDERSTAND COVERAGE • See honest coverage warnings—a blank area never means camera-free • Compare tradeoffs rather than relying on a guarantee • Revisit recent destinations stored on your device PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No plate scanning • No FlockDetour account required • No advertising or sale of personal data • No persisted FlockDetour route history • Clear controls for cached data, alerts, and local preferences FlockDetour reduces exposure to cameras documented in its current data. It cannot identify every camera, guarantee avoidance, replace traffic laws, or ensure a route is surveillance-free. Always follow posted signs and drive safely. FlockDetour Pro is available through monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions or a lifetime one-time purchase. The app displays only the localized price supplied by the App Store. Apple handles payment and subscription management. Terms of Use (EULA): https://flockdetour.com/terms Privacy policy: https://flockdetour.com/privacy FlockDetour is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Flock Safety or any surveillance vendor.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
