Fixed: Tapping Install/Reinstall after navigating to an app via a deep link could install or reinstall the wrong app. The button referenced a stale, cached app instead of the app on screen. Fixed: DNS Network Extension crashes when re-entering DNS resolution from a network error handler while on DNS+ failover
