About this app
This app will learn you how to perform Basic Life Support (BLS) with or without the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED). The app contains instructional videos with on-screen text or audio and has been developed for use in a peer learning environment: while one learner is performing BLS or AED, the other learner is watching the video and providing his or her partner with constant performance-related feedback. The app also has an assessment module to check your partner’s competence in BLS and/or AED. The app has been developed for laypeople as well as professionals in the domain of health care and is evidence-based.
