هو تطبيق الكتروني ينظم ويدير العلاقة بين المالك والمهندس والمقاول، بهدف الإشراف على جودة الأعمال الهندسية في الموقع بطريقة سهلة ومهنية وواضحة، من خلال: • عرض مراحل التنفيذ وخطوات استلام الأعمال أمام المالك ليكون على دراية ومعرفة بها • وأمام المقاول ليقوم بالتنفيذ بناء عليها • وأمام المهندس المشرف ليقوم باستلام الأعمال من المقاول الكترونيا حسب هذه الخطوات وفق كود البناء السعودي.
