About this app
ABUS RAW ILS is a platform for pilots and non-pilots to practice flying a A/THR engaged raw data ILS on a flight display similar to that used in modern airliners. The simulation starts with a CONFIG FULL configuration and A/THR is engaged. No change in config is available during the approach and A/THR cannot be disconnected. The simulation ends when an out of tolerance limit is reached, the minima is achieved or 7 seconds after GA is selected. The environmental and ILS data can be modified. A basic GA (gear and single stage flap retraction) can be initiated once the simulation passes below the GA acceleration altitude. Use ABUS RAW ILS to help improve your scan rate or fly it just for fun. ABUS RAW ILS supports both left and right seat configurations.
