About this app
Logging calories should be as easy as sending a text. Tell aical what you ate in your own words, in any language. It estimates calories, protein, carbs, and fat, and asks a short follow-up when a portion is unclear. Check the results and adjust anything before adding the meal to your diary. GET A PLAN THAT FITS Answer a few simple questions to get daily calorie and macro targets, a healthy pace, and a projected goal date. SEE THE WHOLE DAY See what you’ve eaten and how much you have left today, at a glance. Follow weight trends, explore weekly charts, and revisit any logged day from the calendar. Add a Home Screen widget and sync with Apple Health if you choose. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account or sign-up. Your food diary is stored on your iPhone, and Apple Health sync is always optional. Type or dictate a meal description, scan a packaged food’s barcode, reuse past meals, adjust portions, and log your weight in seconds. Your diary, plan, charts, widget, and Apple Health sync are free. aical Pro unlocks unlimited AI food logging and barcode scans with a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.
