Contribute to providing better opportunities for orphaned youth in Jordan, while tracking and being engaged in their educational and livelihoods progress, anytime and from any place. Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans was initiated by her Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah in 2003, and was later institutionalized in 2006 as a non-profit organization. The fund aims at providing education to boarding orphans who have resided in orphan care centers for part of, or all their childhood; as well as non-boarding orphans who live in poverty with a guardian or an immediate relative, and are supported by orphan support organizations. Al Aman equips orphaned youth with the necessary education and skills enabling them to become self-reliant, productive members of the society; by providing relevant, practical and impactful support schemes in response to their needs.
