Download the Associate Learning Portal app to make learning on the go easy and engaging! - Attend Live Training: Find and launch live training from the Associate Learning Portal mobile app. Just make sure you have the Microsoft Teams app downloaded! - Complete Required Training: Complete required training quickly at a time that’s convenient for you so you don’t miss a deadline. - Interact with Peers in Channels: Follow topic-based channels of interest, ask questions of experts, interact with your peers, and share your own recommended resources and content. - Browse Content: Pass the time while you’re sitting in an airport or a hotel room by browsing content of interest in our Associate-specific and product catalogs. Examples of content available in the Associate Learning Portal: - Leadership development content for all leadership levels - Customer-facing product knowledge - Compliance and industry best practice - Information on internal products, tools, and platforms - Access to learning sub-sites, third-party content providers, and more! The Associate Learning Portal app is free to download for all Jack Henry Associates.

This update adds the ability to view notifications that were sent while the learner was logged out of the app. Furthermore, as always, a handful of minor issues have been addressed to give you a better, smoother learning experience on mobile.
