AutoFill PDF & eSign helps professionals streamline repetitive document workflows and securely send documents for remote electronic signatures. Unlike traditional PDF editors, AutoFill PDF & eSign allows users to create reusable linked workflow templates so information entered once can automatically populate connected fields throughout an entire PDF package. Built-in OCR makes the workflow even faster by allowing users to capture useful information from existing documents instead of manually retyping it. Selected information can be assigned to workflow fields and transferred directly into the Control Panel, ready to populate linked fields throughout the PDF workflow. The app also provides a secure cloud-based remote signing service, allowing documents to be sent for signature by email, text message, WhatsApp, WeChat, or secure signing links. PDF Workflow Service Create reusable workflow templates and securely store them in your personal Cloud Library.
