Our order and pay from table covers wide range of functionality and features. Once the table and customer info is set at the table customer can explore menu in many different ways with specific details and promotional offers and more which helps customer to explore and try new items, take advantage of your promotional items. Once the customer selects items and add them to their order, this order is directly connected to the printer in the kitchen printing the customer order as well as this can be digitally monitored in kitchen using our Kitchen Display System. During the wait time customer can explore your restaurant profile, sign up for promotions, explore your restaurant news to customers managed by admin, or connect their account to start saving with reward points that you can set up from admin. Once the customer is ready to pay, they can simply select option to pay at the table or they can select their choice to pay at the counter or with the server. Receipts can be digitally provided using QR code, text messaging or emailing the receipt to the customer. Finally, customer can be asked to provide review and feedback on their experience and admin can set the questions unique to their business. Additionally, customer will be prompted to leave a review in google, facebook and other social media. Overall, this product should help restaurant operators to minimize labor cost for taking customer orders and providing enhanced digital experience to the customer, increase revenue by increasing average ticket size and finally allowing your server to have more time to talk to customers while they don't have to spend their time getting the orders.
