Version 1.2 adds: a before/after comparison mode for move-ins and repairs, clipboard-based message import, witness details with digital signature, and two new languages — Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. Also included: a clearer Pro offer and many small usability refinements.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
