About this app
BibliCal – Biblical Lunar Calendar BibliCal helps you follow the biblical lunar calendar by tracking months, feast days, and Shabbat. ~Today's Biblical Date See the current date as "Month X, Day Y, Year Z" based on the month starts you record. Dates change at sunset in Jerusalem for traditional observance. ~Record New Moons On day 29 or 30, you're prompted to confirm new moon sightings and start the next month. Around Aviv (month 12), decide whether to begin the new year or add a 13th month. ~Calendar View View the current biblical month and projected upcoming months until you confirm actual month starts. ~Feast Days & Shabbat See biblical feast days (Passover, Unleavened Bread, Firstfruits, Shavuot, Trumpets, Yom Kippur, Sukkot). Optional Shabbat and feast reminders. ~Notifications Optional reminders for new moon checks, Shabbat, and feast days. An optional status bar notification shows the biblical date. ~Home Screen Widgets Add widgets to see today's biblical date with Gregorian date. ~Calendar Export Export month starts and feast days to Apple Calendar or other calendar apps. ~Settings Choose Hebrew or numbered month names, Firstfruits rules, Jerusalem time display, and options for Hanukkah and Purim. ~Passages Integration Share current week and month details with PassAges for Torah reading. BibliCal is made for anyone following the biblical calendar.
