About this app
Bills pile up. Most finance apps want your bank login, your income, your whole financial picture. BillSense doesn't. It's a privacy-first bill and cash-flow tracker that gives you clarity on what's coming — without ever asking you to expose the numbers you'd rather keep private. What BillSense does — Track recurring and one-time bills by due date, not assumptions — See how prepared you are for upcoming expenses before they hit — Visualize your expense curve over time without income-tied totals — Plan your cash flow around timing, not dollar magnitude What BillSense doesn't do — No bank connections — No automated data pulls — No income required, ever Paycheck Buffer Insight Know whether you're ready for what's coming based on your bill timing and available funds — not a misleading oversimplified total. Cumulative Expense Curve Watch your expenses build across a period without y-axis values tied to what you earn. Trends and pacing, nothing exposed. Privacy by design, not as an afterthought You decide what information exists in the system. Nothing is inferred. Nothing is pulled. What you enter stays discreet — and if you enter nothing, BillSense still works. For people who want to stay on top of their bills without handing over their financial life — this is the app. Limited offer: use code BillSense2026 for 1 full year of Pro free. What’s New
What's new in 1.1.2 Smart Add Add bills in plain English. Type "Spotify $15.99 monthly on the 15th" and BillSense fills in everything — name, amount, due date, category, and recurring. All processing happens on your device using Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or newer). Improvements • When Smart Add isn't sure about a field, tap a chip to fix it on the spot or create a new category in one tap. • Bills are easier to edit before saving — tap "Edit" on any preview card to open the full form with everything pre-filled. Bug fixes • Fixed a rare issue where a bill could be saved twice. Thanks for using BillSense! Have feedback? Settings → Send Feedback.
