Bombay Spices (BS) points reward system is an innovative customer loyalty program. This customer app allows all customers to login into the app. Furthermore it will display unique QR for each customer which can be scanned by store executive for adding or redeeming the points. The app will also display total points. So whenever customer visits any store of Bombay Spices he/she can use this app for claiming loyalty points. Customer app to speed up the process for adding and redeeming the points. Customer can see total points instantly at a click. This app is used for customer retention.
