Help your child access every story on the shelf. BookSprite reads physical children’s books aloud, helping young readers follow the story as they turn each page. Position your iPhone above an open book, let the camera see the printed pages, and listen as BookSprite recognizes and narrates the story. HOW IT WORKS • Set up: Position your phone above the open book so the camera can see both pages. • Turn the page: BookSprite detects the change and recognizes the new words. • Listen: Keep your hands on the book and follow the narration together. FOR YOUNG READERS • Hear the varied words and sentence structures found in books. • Enjoy physical books independently when an adult is not available to read aloud. • Follow stories while still learning to read or when printed words are difficult to decode. • Choose automatic page detection or manually scan a page. BookSprite complements shared reading—it does not replace it. Any physical children’s book with clear, legible printed text can work. An internet connection is required for page recognition and narration. BookSprite includes a free tier and optional auto-renewable monthly subscriptions. Plans are subject to reasonable monthly usage limits that reset each month. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation.
