BrightPath keeps everything for your child's IEP or 504 plan in one place, so you walk into the meeting organized and prepared. It is an organizational tool. It does the arithmetic on the goals, minutes, dates, and notes you enter. It does not give educational, legal, or medical advice. WHAT IT DOES - Measurable goals: set a baseline and a target, log dated progress, and see the pace to target with a projected mastery date and an on- or off-pace flag against the review date. - Service-minutes ledger: record each therapy or instruction session as delivered, student-absent, or school-missed. BrightPath adds up mandated versus delivered minutes and shows the running compliance gap per service, for example "Speech: 340 fewer minutes than mandated this term." - Deadline timeline: annual review, triennial re-evaluation, consent windows, and 504 reviews, each counting down, with reminders. - Communication log: a dated paper trail of every call and email with the school, with who, what, and any follow-up. - Accommodations registry: list what the plan promises and keep a provided or not-provided check on each. - Meeting-Prep Packet: one tap builds a PDF combining your goals and progress, the service compliance summary, your concerns and questions, upcoming deadlines, accommodations, and the communication history.
