Published food lists disagree with each other, and almost none of them tell you where their numbers came from. Brimora shows the measured value for a food, the range different studies report, and a link to the paper — so you can check it instead of trusting it. MEASURED VALUES, NOT TRAFFIC LIGHTS Look up a food and see milligrams per 100 g, plus what your actual portion works out to. Where studies disagree — and for some foods they disagree by a factor of ten — you see the full reported range rather than one number pretending to be settled. EVERY FIGURE CARRIES ITS SOURCE Each value shows the study behind it, the quoted line it came from, and a link you can open. The data is drawn from peer-reviewed, openly licensed research, not from copied consensus charts. HISTAMINE AND OXALATE IN ONE PLACE If you are avoiding both, you have been cross-referencing two lists by hand.
