Brisk is a goal tracker for people who work out. Set a target like "run 100 km by September" or "cycle 3x a week until the end of August," and Brisk fills in your progress automatically from your Apple Health workouts. Nothing to log by hand. You set the target once, and every workout you record moves the number. Swim 20 hours this year. Burn 5,000 kcal rowing. Walk 500 km before the year is out. TWO WAYS TO SET A GOAL • Reach a total by a date: build toward a cumulative distance, time, or active energy. "Hike 200 km before winter." • Keep up a routine: commit to a number of workouts a week or a month, until a date. "Strength train 12 times a month until March." Add a condition when only certain workouts should count, like runs over 5 km. Either way you get a finish line, and that is the point. When a new workout lands, your goal moves on its own. Brisk only ever reads your health data, and never changes a thing. Open a goal for the full picture: your total so far, what is left, how many days remain, and the pace you need to finish on time. Put a goal on your Home Screen with the Brisk widget, and share a finished goal as a card you can post anywhere. PICK YOUR VOICE Choose how Brisk talks to you. The Drill Sergeant gives it to you blunt, the Coach is honest and encouraging, and the Cheerleader is relentlessly upbeat. Your pick shapes every reminder and every note on your goal screens, and you can change it any time in Settings.
