About this app

Most people do not skip brushing because they are lazy. They skip it because they are already in bed, already watching something, already half asleep, and brushing feels like too much effort in the moment. Brushed helps by turning brushing into the step that comes before the apps you were already going to open. Brush during your window. Miss it, and your apps stay locked until you do. HOW IT WORKS Set a morning window, an evening window, or both. These are your brushing windows. Choose the apps you want Brushed to lock, like TikTok, YouTube, or Instagram. If you complete a verified brushing session during your window, you stay on track and your selected apps remain available. If you miss the window, Brushed locks those apps until you complete a brushing session. Open Brushed, set your phone down, and brush. Using on-device camera-based verification, Brushed checks for the signals needed to confirm an active brushing session. When you complete two full minutes, your session is marked VERIFIED and your apps unlock. WHY PEOPLE USE BRUSHED If you fall asleep without brushing, Brushed makes brushing part of the routine. If you have ADHD or struggle with executive dysfunction, Brushed adds structure when reminders are easy to ignore. If you are rebuilding habits, Brushed keeps the goal simple: show up for two minutes. If you are competitive, you can join groups, track streaks, and compare progress with friends. If you are a parent, Brushed can help turn brushing into a rule instead of a nightly argument. FEATURES Verified two-minute brushing sessions Custom app locking after missed brushing windows Morning and/or evening scheduling Streaks, milestones, and progress tracking Groups and leaderboards Helpful reminders before a window closes WHY IT WORKS Most habit apps rely on motivation in the moment. Brushed relies on structure. The apps you want are still there. You just have to brush first. Start your free trial tonight.
