An app for installers and customers that provides programming, diagnostics and notifications for BT Redcare’s Next Generation Portfolio products in homes and businesses. The BT Redcare app provides real-time management of their alarm signalling products. For installers, it provides onsite and remote programming capabilities. Note: Functionality of this app requires compatible equipment and signalling services Key Features: Installers The app will enable you to: - Check system status - Check path status - View mobile signal strength and network used - Monitor history of users and events - Program BT Redcare alarm signalling units - Set up additional remote operating options for your customer Key Features: Customers The app will enable you to: - Receive email notifications of system alerts - Receive emergency alerts - Receive non-emergency alerts - Check system status - Set / unset the alarm - Operate devices remotely - Monitor when the system is set or unset e.g. know when your children have arrived home or your business has opened - Monitor history of users and events
