You can easily view your exercise programme and track your progress using this app. The Bupa Physio app lets you download your Bupa home exercise programme to your smart phone or tablet. Note that you will receive the access code for this app from your healthcare practitioner. You can see the exercises which have been assigned to you in high-definition, clearly narrated exercise videos. Your healthcare practitioner can monitor your adherence scores, offering support & guidance when needed. Important: this app is not intended to diagnose any condition. Your exercise programme will be assigned to you after your consultation with your healthcare practitioner.
