Canopy identifies your plants, builds a simple care profile for each one, and gives you flexible care windows instead of rigid deadlines, so you stop guessing and start noticing what each plant needs. Use it to keep your collection organized, remember what happened when, and get better context when something changes. CANOPY PALS Canopy Pals are optional NFC smart-tag stickers sold separately that live on your plant pot. Tap one with your iPhone to open that exact plant in Canopy, then log care, add a photo, write a note, or check its history while you're already there. It turns care into a small physical ritual: see the plant, tap the Pal, log the moment. Canopy works as a full care tracker on its own and you do not need a Canopy Pal to use the app. SMART PLANT IDENTIFIER + CARE PROFILES Add a plant with a few clear photos. Canopy will suggest a species match using smart ID technology, then help you set up a care profile based on the plant and how you currently care for it. Already know the name? Search manually and build the profile yourself. CARE WINDOWS FOR REAL LIFE Canopy uses care windows instead of rigid deadlines. A care window is a flexible stretch of time when your plant may be ready for care instead of a deadline you're already late for. See upcoming windows for watering, fertilizing, and repotting. If the soil is still damp, wait. If your plant dries out sooner than expected, log it. Over time, your care history makes the pattern more useful for your plant. TRACK WATERING, PHOTOS, NOTES + HISTORY Log watering, fertilizing, pruning, repotting, photos, and notes for each plant. You can also log the ordinary moments that matter: checking the soil and deciding not to water, noticing a yellow leaf, spotting new growth, or watching it recover after a repot. Each plant gets its own detail page with care windows and journal history to look back on. CARE QUESTIONS, WITH CONTEXT Some plant questions don't fit neatly into a care schedule. The Canopy AI Assistant can help you think through what might be happening, using your plant's profile and care history.
