Customers can quickly make payments using saved payment methods or Apple Pay. The app also provides easy access to our outage tracker for estimated times of resolution at our customers’ fingertips. You must have an online account to use the app. Register for My Account at CenterPointEnergy.com to get started. Not available for customers located in LA and MS service areas.
