Set A4 if your ensemble tunes to something other than 440 Hz, or dial in transpose when you are capoed. For ear training, hold the reference drone and match it by voice or bow; the stability meter shows whether you are actually holding the pitch or drifting. Works for guitar, bass, violin, cello, viola, ukulele, mandolin, banjo and anything else with a pitch.
