How it works Every room has three elements of clean: • Windows, frames, and wall fixtures — probably the most overlooked part of any room, but once you start noticing dusty sills and smudged glass, you can't unsee it. • Surfaces wiped down — which sometimes means putting a few things away first. That's part of the deal. • Floors vacuumed or swept — mopped ideally, but we're not asking for that every day.
