THE 365 METHOD The classic cardiac-coherence rhythm: 3 sessions a day, 6 breaths a minute, for about 5 minutes. Cadyne paces every inhale and exhale with a soft visual guide and optional audio cues, so you can keep your eyes closed and just follow the sound. GUIDED BREATHING PATTERNS Cardiac coherence, box breathing, 4-7-8, and resonance breathing are built in. Pick a pattern, set the length, and start - the pacing engine keeps perfect time so you never have to watch a clock.
