Draw up a tennis play in about ten seconds, watch it animate, and text it to your doubles partner before you've left the parking lot. Court Canvas is an animated tactics board for anyone who thinks about tennis — league players planning Saturday's doubles, coaches explaining a pattern between points, hitting partners settling an argument about where the lob should have gone. No account, no login, nothing parked on a server. Draw it: - Drop players on the court, drag to draw shots and movement arrows. No mode to switch. - Shots curve, so a slice looks like a slice — and you can reshape a curve by dragging its arc. - Write short cues like "split step" right where they happen. - Start from real tennis patterns, or set up drills with cones, target zones, and a feed basket. Watch it: - Press play: a ball travels each shot and players walk their movement, so it reads like a point, not a diagram. - Pause anywhere, scrub, or step shot by shot while you talk it through. Send it: - Share a GIF or video that opens on a title card, then animates. Files arrive named after the play. - Record a voice-over while the play runs and share the narrated clip (Pro). - Or send a live link — it opens in their browser and animates right there. - Add the situation ("30-15, set point") and it prints on the shared card. Keep it: - As many plays as you want, autosaved, with a private iCloud backup. Singles or doubles. Padel and pickleball too. Pro is a one-time $6.99: narrated shares, your name on what you share instead of the Court Canvas mark, and dark mode. No subscription. I built this because explaining a point with hand-waving and napkin arrows never quite works. It keeps getting better as the people using it tell me what's missing. Your plays live on your phone. Court themes. Seven full looks for the board and everything around it — clay scorebook, blueprint, arcade, riso zine and more. Club Scorebook is the new default: clay court, paper chrome, navy ink. Pick yours in Profile. Using every theme is a Pro feature; everyone gets the new default and Classic. The board reads like a broadcast diagram now. Shots keep their taper and lose the clutter: open arrowheads, no stray dots or rings, cones and targets drawn flat. Playback follows one ball, and the ending settles with a single bloom where the last shot lands. New: - Hold for pace. Draw a shot and rest your finger at the landing point: one, two or three cut marks behind the arrowhead set the pace, and the ball travels faster in playback and in shared clips. - On iPad the tools sit at the screen edges and the Playbook opens beside the court, so you can browse plays with the board in view. - The Share card names its formats plainly: Image, Animation, Video, Voice-over, Live link. Fixed: - The corner buttons answer everywhere, including their corners. - Scrubbing ticks once per step, not twice. - Redo covers deletes: remove a shot mid-play, push Undo toward the court, and it comes back where it was. Same as always: no account needed, and your plays stay yours.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
