About this app
Dartrack is a quiet, private ledger for households that employ domestic staff — maids, drivers, nannies, cooks, gardeners and more. Every record stays on your own device, with no account and no data collection. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Mark today's attendance in one tap: present, half day, absent, leave or rest day - Log start and end times when you want them — overtime and the rest check follow automatically - Track visa, contract, Emirates ID, passport, insurance and labour-card dates - Get reminders before a deadline, at a time you choose - Record annual and sick leave, with remaining days at a glance - Estimate monthly pay and produce a monthly payslip PDF (Pro) - Estimate end-of-service benefit under the domestic-worker law (Pro) - Keep a ledger of salary advances and loans, deducted on the payslip (Pro) - Keep dated evaluation notes for each person (Pro) - Back up everything to a file and restore it on a new device - See the next deadline on your Home Screen with the widget BUILT FOR THE REGION Full English, Arabic (with right-to-left layout) and Japanese. Labor-standard values — daily rest, weekly rest, annual leave, end-of-service — are shown as adjustable reference values with the date they were last reviewed. Switch between the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait and every value changes to that country's domestic-worker law. END OF SERVICE, DONE RIGHT Domestic workers are covered by their own law, not the general private-sector one. In the UAE that means 14 days of wage per year of service, capped at six months — not the 21/30-day private-sector formula. Dartrack uses the domestic-worker rules for each country and shows you the formula it applied. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything you enter is stored only on your iPhone. There is no account, no server sync and no data collection. Your records are included in your iPhone's iCloud backup, and you can save a backup file yourself at any time. Restoring a backup is always free, even without Pro. A PRIVATE RECORD, NOT A GOVERNMENT SERVICE Dartrack helps you keep private records. It does not file visas or contracts, process wage payments (WPS), or provide legal advice. The labor rules shown are reference values only — always confirm current rules with the official authority in your country or with a legal professional. What’s New
Fixed: Cancel did nothing on every form, and salary, hourly rate and standard hours could not be typed at all. The upgrade and "Add staff member" buttons are now readable in dark mode. Rest checks no longer claim "within the standard" when there are no records yet. Deadlines: add visa, contract, Emirates ID or insurance in one tap from Home. The whole app is now available in Hindi.
