Version 1.2.0 • Product creation and editing are cleaner, with quick definition creation, richer product selection, stock visibility, price history, grouped products, quantity controls and improved image actions. • Quote and order lines remain stable while you edit. Authorized currencies, collections, payment plans, document preferences, bank details, email preview/sending, copying and related actions are easier to reach. • Orders now have separate standard, pending approval and dealer/B2B workspaces. Authorized users can approve or reject one or multiple orders with clear, safe outcomes. • Shipment item changes can be saved together, while eligible planning, readiness and dispatch actions support bulk processing. Delivery keeps its recipient, quantity, signature and receipt requirements. • Customer and lead forms now adapt to the selected entity type. Business-card scanning, direct calling and a paginated activity timeline were added. • A visit result can safely create its next task, visit or opportunity. Daily field planning, a full-month calendar and occupancy-based source filters were added. Task status, checklists and tracked time are clearer. • Inventory overview, stock movements, guided barcode counts, transfer orders, direct transfers, warehouse operations and warehouse analytics were expanded. Critical/depleted stock and authorized valuation data are easier to understand. • Expense-receipt review now validates tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive prices, mixed tax rates and missing header totals before anything is saved. • Authorized User Management now provides safe profile, activity and performance views that follow the same definitions as web reports. • After-sales service, product and visit photos, cropping and the secure image-upload experience were improved. Profile photo removal now appears only while editing. • The dashboard, long detail sections and loading states were redesigned with calmer typography, accessible accordions, screen-shaped skeletons and denser responsive phone/tablet forms. • Privacy-focused controls for multiple saved accounts, optional anonymous analytics, store review and update alerts were added, together with broad network, keyboard, dark theme, large-text and four-language improvements. Available features may vary by organization package and user permissions.
