With DHMAD, you can: • Create and accept secure transactions • Review transaction amounts, terms, and participants • Follow every step from funding to final approval • Upload payment, delivery, or completion evidence • Approve a delivery or report a problem • Open a dispute and provide supporting evidence • Receive updates about your transactions • Protect access to your account using the security features available on your device Identity verification may be required to use escrow services. Verification is completed through a secure web process managed by a specialized third-party provider. DHMAD acts as a trusted intermediary between the parties. Any applicable fees are displayed before the transaction is confirmed. Payments processed through DHMAD relate to goods or services supplied outside the application.
