About this app
The Discover App is an easy and fun channel to learn the ENBD Group Values and keep them alive in our daily work life. It has been customized to facilitate the learning, teaching and living of the Values. The learning journey is - Learn the Values, Choose a Brand Value, Teach the Values, and Live the Values. App Features: • The Dashboard is a one-stop page that reflects all your achievements. Here, you can view your score, badges, ranks, as well as the Values you have endorsed. • In the Learn tab, you can view and access the learning content related to CODE, the four Values of the Emirates NBD Group. • Once you have learned a Value, you can further master it by teaching it to your colleagues. In the Teach tab, you can invite your colleagues and share with them your experience of learning the Values. • Invite, Teach, Taught By and Revise are sections within the Teach tab of the app. • Invite - You can send invites to colleagues to teach them a Value. • Teach - The ‘Teach’ invites you sent appear here. (Note: The teaching activity will happen outside the app, in person or virtually.) • Taught By - The ‘Teach’ invites you received from your colleagues appear here. • Reinforce - To complete the learning activity, you will answer some questions related to the Values you endorsed and learned. • From the Live tab, you can check here the points earned for each activity. • The My Wall tab contains the activity history. The learning process: The first step is to learn the Values. Go to Learn tab and select a Value from the CODE grid. Endorse the Value by tapping the ‘Make it Mine’ button. Next, learn the Value by tapping on the Explore button. Now, share your learning experience with your colleagues. To do this, go to the Teach tab and tap on the Invite. You can invite a colleague using work email address. Once the colleague accepts your teach invite, connect with them offline and complete the teach process. Your colleagues must confirm you have taught them the Values. You can send them Teach Confirmation Request from the Teach tab of the app. Once your colleague confirms that you have taught them, they start receiving quiz questions in the Revise tab. Your colleague answers the quiz questions and completes the learning process.
