About this app

Camaxtli and Nanahuatzin have been battling each other for centuries in a unique strategic dimension. Divine-Light is a game with beams of light where the objective is to strike the opponent's king. Various pieces assist you in guiding the light across the game board. Improve your strategic thinking with Divine-Light and try to maintain an overview. Can you keep your king safe and break through the opponent's defense?

What’s New

Version 2.0 May 12, 2026

Divine Light 2.0 introduces Gauntlet Mode, a brand-new single-player puzzle mode with 12 hand-crafted levels across easy, hard, and super tiers where you can earn stars and badges. The offline AI is now significantly smarter, using a deeper minimax search to make solo games more challenging. We've polished the mobile experience with iOS safe-area support, locked portrait orientation, disabled accidental zoom, and a redesigned bottom tab bar. New tutorials guide you with a home-screen tutorial card and an in-game help dialog featuring an animated speaking king. Visuals have been refreshed with pixel-art toast notifications, redesigned win and lose dialogs, and smoother piece and light-beam animations. Under the hood, we eliminated cold starts, fixed an intermittent light-beam rendering bug, and squashed many smaller bugs across desktop and mobile.
