DropTubeBuilder is the offline field tool for fuel system technicians who cut overfill drop tubes, build tank charts, and chase dispenser faults on site. Everything works with no signal, because the pit does not have any. DROP TUBE CUT MATH Enter the measurements and get the cut length that puts the overfill valve at the 95 percent regulatory fill level. Supports Franklin Defender, EMCO, and OPW ISO valves, with the seat to bottom, tank height and riser measurements each handled properly. Upper cut, lower cut and total length come back with the shutoff height so you can check the result before you cut anything. TANK CHART BUILDER Build a volume chart in eighth inch increments for any tank, and export it as a PDF you can leave on site or file. DISPENSER AND ATG ERROR CODES A searchable offline library covering Gilbarco, Wayne, Veeder Root, and Franklin and INCON units. Tap any code for the likely causes and the troubleshooting steps, rather than just a description of the alarm. PUMP CONTROLLERS Fault codes, status codes, DIP switch settings and calibration notes for FE Petro MagVFC and Guardian SPGC 220 controllers. EPD THREE YEAR INSPECTION Work the inspection criterion by criterion and get a clear pass or fail, then export a signed PDF record. Franklin cut math corrected The Franklin Defender calculation now matches Franklin's own official calculator exactly. If you used the app for a Franklin cut before this update, your numbers will change. EMCO was checked against EMCO's published worksheet and confirmed correct as it stood. Both now show the manufacturer worksheet notes under the result, so you can see which method produced the number.
