Easy Portfolio

About this app

Easy Portfolio is the simplest way to document your students' learning. No accounts. No servers. No subscription. Just open the app and start collecting evidence. Built for teachers who want a tool that stays out of their way. Capture student work in any format — photos, videos, audio recordings, written notes, PDFs, web links, and more. Use the built-in AI scanner to photograph physical student work and have the text read and saved automatically. Record a reading assessment and get it transcribed on the spot. When it's time to share, generate a polished PDF report for any student in seconds. Hand it to a parent at conferences or send it to your admin. Everything looks professional without any extra effort. WHAT YOU CAN DO Create class groups and add your students Collect photos, videos, audio, notes, documents, and web links Scan physical student work with AI-powered text recognition Transcribe audio recordings automatically Search across all your students and classes Generate and share PDF portfolio reports Sync across your iPhone and iPad via iCloud Work completely offline, anytime YOUR STUDENTS' DATA IS YOURS This is the part that matters most. Easy Portfolio never touches your student data. No account. No sign-up. No email address. Nothing is sent to Easy Portfolio's servers — because there are no servers involved. All AI features run entirely on your device using Apple's built-in frameworks. Text recognition, image classification, audio transcription — all of it happens on your phone or iPad, privately. iCloud sync uses your own Apple ID, the same way your Photos app does. Easy Portfolio cannot see, access, or retrieve anything you store there. Your data belongs to you and your school, full stop. Easy Portfolio has been completely rebuilt from the ground up. The app teachers have used for years is back — faster, cleaner, and redesigned around one principle that should have always been standard in education software: your students' data is nobody else's business. No accounts. No cloud servers. No company storing your class lists, student names, or portfolio evidence. Everything stays on your device and your personal iCloud — invisible to us, inaccessible to anyone else. While other apps ask you to hand over your students' data to sign up, Easy Portfolio requires nothing. Download, open, and start collecting evidence in seconds. Same great portfolio tool. Now private by design.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
