Also usable passively Choose between an active session with an avatar or a passive background application – ideal for relaxing, taking a walk, or recovery. Six application categories Power, Advanced, Endurance, Metabolism, Fatburning and Relax – for strength building, endurance, metabolism, fat burning or relaxation. Easy PowerBox pairing Connect your PowerBox in seconds via Bluetooth. A built-in suit check shows you before every session whether all electrodes are sitting correctly. Progress & motivation Track your EMS score and history, and unlock achievements. Compare yourself with other users on the global leaderboard. EMS Assistant Your personal chatbot answers questions about your session, the app and your equipment – anytime, right inside the app. Made for you Choose between light and dark design, German or English, and customize settings such as intensity ramp-up or reminders.
