About this app

EyeTally is a simple daily tally for your eye drops. Tap +1 each time you take a dose, and the app keeps count until you've hit your daily total. Counts reset automatically each morning. No alarms. No schedules. No accounts. Some medications just need to be taken a certain number of times a day — whenever works for you. EyeTally tracks the total so you always know what's done and what's left. DESIGNED FOR LOW VISION EyeTally was built for a father with low vision, and every design choice follows from that: • Large, high-contrast text throughout • Big, easy-to-tap buttons • Color coding for each medication • Full support for iOS Larger Text sizes • Light and dark modes SIMPLE BY DESIGN • One tap logs a dose and records the time • See at a glance how many doses remain today • Tap any recorded time to fix or remove it • Undo a mis-tap instantly • Add, rename, and color-code your medications • Autofill suggestions for common eye medications LOG WITH YOUR VOICE Set up a Siri shortcut once, and log a dose hands-free: "Hey Siri, log Vital Tears." Setup instructions are built into the app. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Everything stays on your device. No account, no cloud, no analytics, no data collection of any kind. IMPORTANT EyeTally is a personal tracker, not medical advice. Always follow the instructions from your doctor or pharmacist.

Momentum comes from crawler snapshots for the tracked storefront. “Viral growth signal” means unusually fast recent rating gains; it is an indicator, not download data.
