Create a plan that fits your life, get timely coaching, and follow through when it is time to move. ACCOUNTABILITY THAT LEADS TO ACTION • Schedule recurring workout days and times. • Follow a transparent progression of clean Christian coaching: Grace, Steadfast, and Discipline, with optional Resolve coaching after workout time. • Choose text or female or male voice coaching. • Use ordinary notifications or optional Accountability Alarms on supported iPhones. • When it is time to act, complete 10 air squats or 5 push-ups, then start the workout you planned. PLAN TRAINING YOUR WAY • Generate powerlifting, HIIT, cross-training, or surprise routines. • Match training to your experience, duration, focus, difficulty, and available equipment. • Create, save, edit, and reuse your own workouts. TRACK REAL FOLLOW-THROUGH • Record completed scheduled workouts, not just dismissed reminders. • See your workout history, streaks, and earned badges. • Missed a day? Return to the next commitment without shame. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Camera tracking is optional. Squat and push-up reps are analyzed on your device; camera images and video are not saved or uploaded. A manual confirmation option is always available. No Faithful Reps account is required, no ads are displayed, and your profile, plans, workout history, streaks, badges, and preferences stay on your device. Apple handles payments, while RevenueCat confirms membership status. SAFETY COMES FIRST A permanent Health & Safety Exit can cancel active app alerts without recording a workout.
