Planning and period — Fill out the schedule week by week and calculate the distribution over the period of your choice. Export an image of the schedule. Summary image — Clear distribution breakdown (name, coefficient, hours, amount) to share with a single click. LOGBOOK MODE Personal schedule — 7-day grid with weekly total: enter the establishment, Lunch/Dinner shifts, and tips received per day. Hours tracking — Set your contract hours: the app automatically calculates your overtime or missing hours. Charts — Visualize your tip trends by day, week, or month. Notifications — Reminder 30 minutes after each shift to validate your hours. EXCEPTIONAL REQUESTS Does an employee need a day off or a schedule adjustment? Transmit these preferences instantly and effortlessly. Send via share link — The employee generates the request from their Logbook. It travels encrypted within a simple link to share via WhatsApp or SMS. One-click validation — The manager clicks the link and the app automatically opens to a clear summary screen to accept the request. Conflict protection — Once accepted, the preference integrates into the schedule. The app monitors your entries and visually alerts you in case of a conflict.
