Fixed iOS FCM device-token registration. Device tokens are now correctly passed from Swift to Kotlin and saved locally. Device registration now works whether the token is received before or after login. Removed duplicate FCM registration calls to prevent repeated API requests. Device tokens are now successfully saved in the backend database.
