PLUS is the board game that builds feedback cultures. PLUS transforms feedback from something people avoid into something they actually enjoy. Designed for corporate teams, workshops, and leadership programs, PLUS turns honest conversations into a fun, engaging board game played together on a single device. No lectures. No awkward role plays. Just meaningful conversations that help people grow. HOW TO PLAY • 3–6 players share one device around the table • Roll the die and move around the board • Land on PLUS or PLUS PLUS spaces to draw a feedback challenge • Give positive or constructive feedback to another player • Avoid the Feedback Swamp—or lose 2 PLUS tokens for all the negative feedback you've given in your life • Complete two laps • The player with the most PLUS tokens wins PLUS TOKENS • Everyone starts with 10 PLUS tokens. • Earn tokens for great feedback, bonus moments, and passing START. Lose them through the Feedback Swamp or poor feedback habits. • The player who finishes with the most PLUS tokens wins.
