The interface is simple and user-friendly, designed for those who need precise searches and better file organization. One key feature is name-based searching. Users can apply filters to find files that start with, end with, or contain specific text. This is particularly useful when only part of the file name is remembered. The app also provides date filters, allowing searches by creation date, modification date, or last opened date. A date range can be specified for more precise searches, perfect for locating files created or updated within a certain period. File type filtering is another powerful feature, allowing searches by extension (e.g., .txt, .pdf, .png). This can be combined with other filters for a highly personalized search. For example, users can find all PDF files created in the last 30 days that start with a specific word. Despite handling large file volumes, the app maintains high performance. Even with multiple filters, searches are quick, and results are shown in real-time as filters are adjusted. Users can sort results by name, date, or type, and preview files to ensure they select the correct one. The user interface is designed to be intuitive, with dynamic filters that can be easily added or removed. The current search criteria are shown in a sidebar for easy modification. Results appear in a table with details such as name, date, and location. Right-clicking on any result brings up a contextual menu with options to open, reveal in Finder, or move the file.
