Meditation & Breathwork Fluxa focuses on the essentials: guided breathing timers, meditation, session tracking, and background noise. Create your own breathing routines, choose from a variety of voices, and set optional reminders to stay consistent. Background Noise for Focus & Sleep A dedicated screen offers curated ambient soundscapes to support focus, relaxation, and sleep. Background Noise is intentionally untracked, giving you a calm space without adding to your mindful-minute totals. Track Progress and Receive Feedback Maya, Fluxa’s mascot, practices with you and provides gentle feedback based on your activity. Track progress through daily streaks, mindful minutes, weekly averages, recent trends, and more. View your data clearly on the Progress Screen with beautiful, easy-to-read charts.
